Frank Vazquez joined the real estate industry in 2015, bringing a rare blend of leadership, technology, and real-world experience to Venture REI. With a background as a systems and network engineer, Frank approaches real estate differently, focusing on efficiency, smart systems, and scalable solutions for agents. In 2024, Frank purchased Venture REI, LLC with a clear mission: to build an AI- and tech-focused brokerage that prepares agents for the future of real estate. Venture REI is designed to empower agents with modern tools, automation, and support that help them grow without burnout. A U.S. military veteran with 11 years of service and three tours in Iraq, Frank leads with discipline, integrity, and a team-first mindset. Outside of real estate, he’s a dedicated husband and father who believes success is best when it’s shared.
